1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide, including both metropolitan and regional areas.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Metro Areas: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Regional & Remote Areas: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Kanz Home is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
3. Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and the size/weight of your order.
Standard Shipping (Metro Areas): Starting from $X.XX, calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping (Regional & Remote Areas): Starting from $X.XX, calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping (Metro & Regional Areas): Available at an additional cost.
Large or bulky items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days, please contact us at customer.kanz@gmail.com for assistance.
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, you will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs.
In the event of failed delivery due to courier issues, we will work with you to arrange re-delivery or a refund where applicable.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages: Kanz Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered the courier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer.kanz@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assess the claim and may provide a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Kanz Home does not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.
