Kanz Home Return & Exchange Policy

At Kanz Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Unused & Unopened The product must be in its original condition.

- Original Packaging Includes all tags and packaging as received.

- Proof of Purchase A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

- Personal care items (such as beauty and hygiene products)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at customer.kanz@gmail.com to request a return.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Ship your return to the following address:

Unit 1/1 Yulong Close, Moorebank, NSW 2170

4. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If like to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is:

1. Return the item you no longer want.

2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures you receive your preferred item without waiting for the return process to be completed.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approve

-  If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customer.kanz@gmail.com.
